Job summary

Intezine Lifestyles in Pune is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own corporate interior projects from planning to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and vendors, and manage risks to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• 712 years of experience, preferably in corporate or commercial interior fit-outs.
• Strong understanding of civil, finishing, electrical, HVAC, firefighting and other MEP coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects against tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / Excel for planning and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior projects, from mobilisation to final handover.
• Plan project schedules, monitor progress and drive timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal design and procurement teams.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, material planning and day-to-day execution challenges.
• Monitor project costs, BOQs, billing, variations and resource utilisation.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance with project specifications.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve bottlenecks and maintain clear project reporting.
