This is a strategic design leadership role, not a coordination job. You will work closely with clients, founders and execution teams, and you will have the freedom to set design direction rather than just follow briefs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the shift towards modular, scalable and contemporary design solutions for corporate workplaces.
• Bring in the latest workplace trends, global references and practical innovation.
• Build, mentor and lead a fresh, high-performing design team from the ground up.
• Define and implement design processes, systems, standards and review mechanisms.
• Own design conversations with corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Ensure designs are aesthetically strong, execution-friendly and commercially sensible.
• Work closely with project, procurement and execution teams so design intent translates to site.

Desired candidate profile

• Proven experience in corporate / commercial interior design is essential.
• A designer who thinks systems and strategy, not only layouts.
• Comfortable interacting with clients, management and project teams.
• Hands-on exposure to team building, design review and standards-setting.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max or Revit, and presentation tools.
