Job summary

Intezine Lifestyles is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage BOQ preparation, cost estimates and procurement support for corporate interior projects. The role requires reviewing drawings and tender documents to accurately quantify scope and costs, while ensuring commercial accuracy across design, execution, procurement and accounts teams.

Ideal candidates will read architectural, civil and MEP drawings, excel in Excel and have exposure to quantity estimation tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate interiors or commercial fit-outs.
• Proficiency in Excel and quantity estimation tools; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to read architectural, civil and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates for corporate interior projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications and tender documents to identify scope and quantity requirements.
• Prepare rate analysis, compare vendor quotations and support procurement decisions.
• Track project costs, variations, extra items and deviations from approved budgets.
• Verify contractor bills, subcontractor measurements and RA bills against actual site progress.
• Coordinate with design, project execution, procurement and accounts teams to maintain commercial accuracy.
• Assist in tender preparation, client billing and final project reconciliation.

At Intezine, we are strengthening our project execution and commercial management capabilities. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who understands both the numbers and the realities of executing corporate interior projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates for corporate interior projects.


• Analyse drawings, specifications and tender documents to identify scope and quantity requirements.


• Prepare rate analysis, compare vendor quotations and support procurement decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 37 years of experience, preferably in corporate interiors or commercial fit-out projects.


• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, rate analysis and billing.


• Ability to read architectural, civil and MEP drawings.


• Proficiency in Excel and quantity estimation tools; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.


• Detail-oriented, commercially aware and comfortable coordinating with site teams, vendors and clients.
