Intezine Lifestyles in Pune seeks a Design Manager to redefine and elevate the design department. This strategic leadership role goes beyond coordination, partnering with clients, founders, and execution teams to set design direction and drive impact.

You will lead a lean, high-performing design team, establish processes, and ensure design intent translates to site execution while maintaining aesthetic and commercial alignment.

This is a strategic design leadership role, not a coordination job. You will work closely with clients, founders and execution teams, and you will have the freedom to set design direction rather than just follow briefs.
