Job summary

Casa Consulting is seeking a senior interior project professional to lead high-end interior projects from mobilisation to handover. You will manage large multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants and clients to deliver luxury spaces.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience in interior project execution, a proven ability to drive schedules, manage budgets and vendors, and a hands-on, execution‑oriented approach on site.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of high-end interior projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including PMs, site engineers, supervisors, contractors.
• Manage civil works, finishes, joinery, flooring, ceilings, MEP coordination, lighting, furniture.
• Ensure delivery per design, specifications, quality, budget, timelines.
• Develop and monitor project execution schedules.
• Identify delays and implement recovery plans.
• Manage contractors and vendors; ensure performance and workmanship.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, MEPs and clients.
• Review drawings for constructability and execution issues.
• Maintain strict quality standards for luxury finishes.
• Conduct site inspections and approve finishes.
• Drive snagging, defect rectification and final handover.
• Handle critical site issues with quick, practical solutions.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of high-end interior projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Lead and manage large multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors and Specialist Agencies.
• Manage execution of civil works, finishes, joinery, flooring, ceilings, MEP coordination, lighting, furniture and specialist works.
• Ensure projects are delivered as per approved design, specifications, quality, budget and timelines.
• Develop and monitor project execution schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Identify potential delays and implement effective recovery plans.
• Manage multiple contractors and vendors and ensure their performance, productivity and workmanship.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, MEP consultants and clients.
• Review drawings and identify constructability and execution issues before they reach site.
• Maintain strict quality standards for luxury finishes and interior detailing.
• Conduct site inspections, review mock-ups/material samples and ensure approved finishes are accurately executed.
• Drive snagging, defect rectification and final handover.
• Personally handle critical site issues and provide practical, quick and effective solutions.

We are not looking for a purely administrative Project Manager.

We need a candidate who is smart, proactive, technically sound and execution-orientedsomeone who can walk onto a site, quickly understand the situation, identify problems, guide the team, challenge contractors when required and drive the project towards successful completion.

Experience with luxury hospitality groups such

as Taj/IHCL, ITC Hotels, Marriott, Hyatt, Oberoi, Hilton, Four Seasons or similar luxury environments will be highly preferred.
