Job Responsibilities

• Project Management for large scale transformation program covering multiple applications.
• Drive execution across interconnected workstreams and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with senior leadership, business teams, engineering teams and program management team.
• Establish governance structures, reporting cadence, and tracking mechanisms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Develop and maintain project plans (e.g., schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource plans).
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
• Maintain and track project progress using JIRA, ensuring accurate updates on tasks, user stories, and sprint deliverables.
• Prepare detailed project dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint (PPT) for leadership and stakeholder communication.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to organizational governance, compliance, and reporting standards.

Mandatory Skills
