CIEL HR in India seeks an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end BFSI IT projects, aligning with business goals and delivering on time. You will plan, execute, manage stakeholders, govern risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and business units.
Familiarity with JIRA, MS Project, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches is essential. Experience in RBI compliance, core banking, ERP integrations, and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow is preferred.
IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering IT projects in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The role demands hands-on experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with business goals.
Manage definition of scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans along with the Project team and manage execution across phases including initiation, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Engage with internal teams, vendors, and business units to ensure alignment and timely communication. Maintain governance through steering committee meetings and escalation matrices.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Track issues and ensure timely resolution to avoid project delays.
Ensure comprehensive documentation including BRDs, project charters, status reports, and risk logs. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to internal standards, RBI guidelines, and IT Project governance frameworks. Support audit and compliance activities as required.
Lead cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business teams. Delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
