Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Manager - Transaction Banking to lead delivery for Payments, Cards and Ops Transformation initiatives across India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru or Chennai.

The role requires 12–14 years of total experience, with 8–10 years in BFSI, strong governance skills, RAID/logs and financial management, and hands-on use of JIRA, Confluence and Clarity; immediate joiners preferred (up to 30 days).

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in Payments, Cards, and Ops Transformation Delivery.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Agile exposure of at least 2 years or more.
• Experience managing large transformation engagements with governance.
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity.
• Understanding end-to-end delivery lifecycle and DM role at each stage.

Role Type: Project Manager

Total Experience Required: 12–14 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 8–10 years of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience, within the most recent years of their career, is mandatory.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Type - Full Time - Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
