Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across one or multiple project sites.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and site engineers to achieve milestones.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients at the site and handle escalations.
• Make timely decisions to resolve technical and operational challenges, preventing delays.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, track costs, and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Plan manpower requirements and allocate resources efficiently across project sites.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, safety, and construction teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Conduct regular review meetings with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
• Ensure timely closure of project punch points and successful handover.
