• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendor coordination.
• Review drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
• Handle client coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
