About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Site / Construction Project Manager to lead one of our projects, end to end. Reporting to the Engineering Head, you will own the project from planning through execution — the programme, the budget tracking, the contractors, the quality, and the safety — and you will turn approved drawings and budgets into a completed project.

This is a hands‑on site leadership role with real planning depth. You will build the execution plan and track cost against budget, run the construction programme, contribute technical input to contractor pre‑qualification and onboarding, hold contractors to their commitments, enforce quality and safety and certify work and bills honestly. You will be a recommender and certifier — you plan, certify, and recommend — while capital approvals, commercial terms, and contract award sit with Engineering, Procurement and senior management. We value Project Managers who run sites through structure and documentation, not improvisation.

What You’ll Own

• Planning & budgeting — the execution plan, programme, and cost tracking against budget.
• Site execution — day‑to‑day construction as per approved drawings and BOQ.
• The schedule — milestone tracking and slippage recovery.
• Contract finalisation support — technical input to contractor PQ, shortlisting, and onboarding.
• Contractors — performance, deployment, and accountability to scope and quality.
• Quality & safety — specification compliance, rework reduction, and a safe site.
• Measurement & certification — honest verification of quantities and RA bills.
• The site team — guiding Site Engineers and Supervisors with clear, disciplined direction.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8‑12 years of site / construction experience in real estate or building projects.
• Proven experience running a project site — planning, schedule, contractors, quality, and safety.
• Strong project planning and programme management ability, with budget and cost‑tracking experience.
• Strong command of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, and site measurement.
• Exposure to contractor pre‑qualification, capability assessment, and onboarding.
• Sound understanding of contractor billing, RA bill certification, and variations.
• Working knowledge of construction ERP systems (e.g. Farvision or similar) for indents and billing.
• Firm on quality and safety, and disciplined about documentation and reporting.
• Strong leadership of site teams and the ability to hold contractors accountable.
• Organised, structured, and honest under delivery pressure.
