Redington Group is seeking a Program Manager to partner with the SSG leadership, driving strategic planning, market intelligence, CXO engagements, governance, and transformation initiatives. The role requires strong analytical capability, business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders including CEOs, MDs, OEM leaders, and enterprise customers.

• Generate actionable market intelligence and business insights for leadership decision-making.
• Analyze industry trends, technology adoption, competitor movements, and market opportunities.
• Build business performance dashboards and executive reports.
• Drive quarterly and annual business reviews with leadership teams.
• Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and new business opportunities.
• Engage with CXOs and senior leaders across customers, partners, and OEMs.

The Program Manager will act as a strategic partner to theSSG leadership team, driving business planning, market intelligence, CXOengagements, executive governance, and transformation initiatives across theSoftware Solutions Group. This role requires strong analytical capability,business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence seniorstakeholders, including CEOs, MDs, OEM leaders, and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Insights

• Generate actionablemarket intelligence and business insights for leadership decision-making.
• Analyze industry trends,technology adoption, competitor movements, and market opportunities.
• Build businessperformance dashboards and executive reports.
• Drive quarterly andannual business reviews with leadership teams.
• Support strategicplanning, growth initiatives, and new business opportunities.

Executive & CXO Engagement

• Engage with CEOs, CIOs,CTOs, CISOs, COOs, and other senior leaders across customers, partners,and OEMs.
• Prepare CXO briefs,leadership presentations, board-level reports, and strategicrecommendations.
• Support leadership inhigh-value customer discussions and OEM business reviews.
• Manage executivestakeholder relationships across internal and external ecosystems.

Program & Governance Management

• Lead strategicinitiatives from conception to execution.
• Track key business KPIs,revenue performance, pipeline, margins, and growth metrics.
• Drive cross-functionalcollaboration across Sales, Presales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, andLeadership.
• Establish governanceframeworks and review mechanisms.
• Conduct market sizing,TAM analysis, competitive benchmarking, and partner ecosystem mapping.
• Identify emerging trendsin Cloud, AI, Security, Data & Software businesses.
• Provide recommendationsfor expansion, partnerships, and investments.
