Job summary

ABC INDIA in Kolhapur is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to manage end-to-end upkeep of 1–5 MT induction furnaces and related foundry equipment. You will drive preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime while upholding safety, reliability and statutory compliance.

You will coordinate spares, AMC/vendors and TPM initiatives, lead a small maintenance team, and push energy conservation and 5S/Kaizen.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of foundry equipment including induction furnaces and auxiliary systems.
• Proficient in preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance concepts.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs and electrical systems.
• Experience in MTBF/MTTR analysis and shutdowns planning.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety.
• Spare parts management and coordination with AMC/vendors.
• People leadership and TPM/5S/Kaizen implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end maintenance of foundry equipment including 1–5 MT induction furnaces, EOT cranes, heat treatment furnaces, shot blasting, knockout machines, compressors, DG sets and cooling towers.
• Ensure high uptime, safety and reliability.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance and manage spares and AMC/vendor coordination.
