Job summary

Yash Group of Industries is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of foundry equipment. The role focuses on high‑pressure molding lines (DISA), sand plants, and electric induction furnaces to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.

Candidates should have 2–4+ years in a foundry setting with hands-on DISA molding machines and related systems, plus a relevant Diploma/BE or ITI qualification.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical qualification.
• ITI (Fitter/Electrician) with relevant foundry maintenance experience.
• 2–4+ years of maintenance experience in a foundry.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of foundry machinery.
• Maintain and troubleshoot DISA High Pressure Molding Line equipment.
• Keep Sand Plant systems (mixers, conveyors, elevators, dust collection) running smoothly.
• Maintain Electric Induction Furnaces including cooling systems, transformers, panels, and auxiliaries.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical faults.
• Inspect and maintain motors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, blowers, and conveyors.
• Ensure lubrication and alignment of rotating equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
• Follow safety standards, TPM, 5S, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with production teams to achieve uninterrupted operations.
