Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced maintenance professional for foundry operations in India. Responsible for preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of DISA molding lines, sand plants, and electric induction furnaces to maximize uptime and efficiency.

2–7+ years in foundry maintenance with Diploma/BE or ITI. Skills in hydraulics/pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, PLC basics, and TPM/5S are needed. Accommodation and transport support provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical qualification.
• ITI (Fitter/Electrician) with relevant foundry maintenance experience is also suitable.
• 2 - 7+ years of maintenance experience in a foundry industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of foundry machinery.
• Maintain and troubleshoot DISA High Pressure Molding Line equipment.
• Maintain Sand Plant systems, including mixers, conveyors, elevators, and dust collection systems.
• Perform maintenance of Electric Induction Furnaces, including cooling systems, transformers, panels, and furnace auxiliaries.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical faults.
• Inspect and maintain motors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, blowers, and conveyors.
• Ensure proper lubrication and alignment of rotating equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and reduce equipment downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
• Follow safety standards, TPM, 5S, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with production teams to achieve uninterrupted operations.

Job description

Experienced electrical and mechanical maintenance professional with expertise in preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of foundry equipment. Skilled in maintaining high-pressure molding lines, DISA molding machines, sand plants, electric furnaces, and auxiliary equipment to ensure maximum production efficiency and minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
