Job summary

SAN Precision Alloys Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians on the shop floor at Kinathukadavu.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, plan and schedule tasks, and coordinate repairs of foundry equipment to minimize downtime. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, conduct inspections, keep records, and collaborate with engineers to improve maintenance efficiency while upholding strict safety standards across shifts, including nights

Qualifications

• Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with foundry equipment.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with other shift engineers and foundry managers to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma in Electrical / equivalent with 5+ years experience.

• Proven experience in maintaining equipments in a foundry or similar industrial setting.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

• Leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of maintenance technicians.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends / Planned holidays
