Job summary

Shavish Group is seeking a materials and supply chain professional in Talegaon Dhamdhere, Maharashtra. You will manage documentation, inventory control, and dispatch planning within SAP WMS to support production and customer needs.

The role requires knowledge of ISO 9001, EHS, audits, and lean supply chain concepts, with strong coordination across Production, PPC, Engineering, and Purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in material documentation and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage material issuance and reconciliation.
• Experience with SAP WMS and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Material documentation and compliance: GRNs, invoices, ARE, and GSP docs to meet statutory requirements.
• Material issuance and reconciliation to subcontractors with timely stock verifications.
• Inventory and store management via SAP WMS for raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Cross-functional coordination with Production, PPC, Engineering, Purchase, and Marketing to align material availability.
• Material and dispatch planning to meet production and dispatch requirements and ensure on-time delivery.
• MIS and reporting on stock, sales, packing, and spares; provide actionable insights.
• Stock analysis for non-moving items and cost reduction opportunities.
