Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Nexthink platform: Finder, Portal, Investigations, Categories, Campaigns, Remote Actions.
• Analyze Nexthink data to identify performance issues and improve user experience.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, remediation, reporting, and endpoint management.
• Create and deploy Nexthink Remote Actions using PowerShell-based automation.
• Develop automation for software deployment, config management, patch validation, device health monitoring, and compliance reporting.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot endpoint, OS, and app issues.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nexthink Consultant / PowerShell Automation Engineer with 7-11 years of relevant experience in End User Computing (EUC), Digital Employee Experience (DEX), System Administration, and Endpoint Automation. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the Nexthink platform and be capable of developing, troubleshooting, and deploying advanced PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint management, remediation, monitoring, and operational activities. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Nexthink platform, including Finder, Portal, Investigations, Categories, Campaigns, and Remote Actions.
• Proactively analyze Nexthink data to identify endpoint performance issues, user experience challenges, and operational inefficiencies.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, remediation, reporting, and endpoint management.
• Create and deploy Nexthink Remote Actions using PowerShell-based automation.
• Develop automated solutions for software deployment, configuration management, patch validation, device health monitoring, and compliance reporting.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot endpoint, operating system, and application-related issues.
• Review and contribute to HLD, LLD, SOW, SOP, Process Documents, Knowledge Base Articles, KT Documents, and RACI matrices.
• Create operational dashboards, executive reports, and customer-facing case studies.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Wintel, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Security, Network, and Datacenter teams for issue resolution and project execution.
• Track project risks, dependencies, action items, and implementation progress.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on Nexthink and PowerShell automation initiatives.

• Experience with Nexthink deployment models including On-Premises, Hybrid, and SaaS environments.
