Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee warehouse and store operations for MEP materials, tools, and spare parts. You will manage inventory, ERP processes, procurement coordination, and supervise a store team while ensuring safe and efficient operations.

The role requires 8–12 years in MEP or related fields, with strong ERP/MS Excel skills, and willingness to travel across India and UAE as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have 8–12 years in MEP, Construction, Engineering, or Facility Management.
• Experience with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV materials is essential.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP/Tally/Odoo and MS Excel is required.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock auditing, and documentation is needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and mechanical materials.
• Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, returns, and site transfers.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock verification.
• Manage GRNs, stock registers, transfers, and ERP reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement and project teams for planning and replenishment.
• Supervise store staff, allocate daily tasks, ensure productivity and discipline.
• Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, HSE compliance, and asset tracking.

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage warehouse and store operations for MEP materials, tools, equipment, consumables, and spare parts. The role involves inventory control, material receipt and distribution, ERP management, procurement coordination, team supervision, and ensuring safe and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and mechanical materials
• Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, returns, and site transfers
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular stock verification, and prevent discrepancies and wastage
• Manage GRNs, stock registers, material transfer records, and inventory reports through ERP systems
• Coordinate with Procurement and project teams for material planning, deliveries, and replenishment
• Supervise store staff, allocate daily activities, and ensure productivity and discipline
• Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, HSE compliance, and asset tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in MEP, Construction, Engineering, or Facility Management
• Strong experience handling HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV materials
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP/Tally/Odoo and MS Excel
