Corporate Destination is seeking a Plant HR professional in Haryana to oversee end-to-end HR operations at the plant, including manpower planning and recruitment. You will handle industrial relations, employee grievances, disciplinary proceedings, and union management to ensure smooth operations.

In this role, you will also coordinate contract labour attendance and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements specific to factory settings in Gurugram
