Job summary

Innova Captab Limited in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir, is seeking an experienced Plant HR professional for pharma manufacturing. The role focuses on manpower planning, compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, and contract labour management.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of Plant HR experience in pharma manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws.
• Stakeholder management skills.
