Job summary

RMZ seeks an In-charge for Planning & Contracts for a Gurugram project. The role requires Civil Engineering with an MBA and 12–15 years of experience in IT Office/Commercial Buildings with international exposure. You will oversee planning, contracting, procurement, cost tracking, and vendor communications.

Key interactions include architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth handover to clients/tenants and proper documentation across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with MBA is required.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in IT office/commercial buildings with international exposure.
• Experience with development projects and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Contract in charge for the project.
• Contracts & Procurement management in coordination with internal contract team.
• Coordinate with architects and consultants; track project cost.
• Maintain records, documentation, and vendor billing/reconciliation.
• Communicate with vendors in writing.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS FOR THE JOB

• Minimum - Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), with MBA
• Minimum Relevant work experience: 12-15 years with IT Office /Commercial Bldgs & International exposure
• Exposed to Development comprehensively
• Good communication skills, Working knowledge of MS Project / Prima Vera/ AutoCAD, MS office, soft wares (like BEAM…)
