Job summary

RMZ is seeking a Site-In-charge for Civil & Finishes at a project in Gurugram. The role requires leading the civil and finishes works, coordinating with the internal design team, and managing contracts, procurement, and statutory approvals at the project level.

The candidate should have 15+ years of relevant experience with international exposure, a civil engineering degree, and an MBA, along with proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with MBA is required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience with international exposure.
• Proven development exposure and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Good communication skills and working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS FOR THE JOB

• Minimum - Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), with MBA
• Minimum Relevant work experience : 15 years with International exposure
• Exposed to Development comprehensively
• Good communication skills, Working knowledge of MS Project / Prima Vera/ AutoCAD, MS office etc soft wares

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES – CORE FUNCTION

• Site - In-charge for Civil & Finishes works for project in Gurugram
• Design management in coordination with internal design team
• Contracts & Procurement management in coordination with Internal procurement team
• Statutory approval – coordination & management at the project level , with compliances
• Coordination with Architects, consultants etc.,
• Project Quality planning and control
• EHS planning, coordination and ensuring compliance
• Project Cost planning & tracking
