Job Purpose

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join Network admin team to play a role in managing the teams day-to-day operations, coordinating tasks and serving key support to the team members.

Also, as a network admin who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the network and security infrastructure. Analyse and resolve problems associated with the network,

security devices; also to collaborate with other teams and its members to troubleshoot complex problems.

You will become an integral part of the team and gain exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.

Area of Operations Key Responsibility

Network/Security

Designing and upgrading the Network of company. This includes understanding current capacity of devices installed, discussions with application teams for any future requirements.

Based on the inputs received initiate discussion with System Integrators / OEM related to sizing of devices, finalizing the devices / services, which needs to be procured and provide technical inputs required to higher management.

Managing Daily operations.

Provide technical leadership to teams working on deployment and support. Review the change management for any new requirement or changes in existing network infrastructure due to business requirement or testing of new setup and guide the team in implementing changes.

Audit & Compliance

Defining network policies, procedures and RARTPs. Handling all Internal as well as external audit for processes related to Network infrastructure. Ensuring timely closures of observations.

Tools and automation

Familiarity with network analysis tools including SolarWinds, packet capture analysis using wireshark,

Office Administrative

Preparing monthly / quarterly reports, processing payments to vendors, budgets for expenditure etc.

Any Other Requirement

Ability to quickly learn new technology and products using documentation and internet resources and guide the team in understanding the same.Escalation of Issues to relevant authorities in timely manner (Internal as well as external).A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.Ability to communicate orally and written in a professional manner.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios.Good time management skills and ability to work in shifts.Candidates residing in and around Dadar location shall be preferred. .
