We are looking for an experienced Network Operations professional to manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across Corporate Office, Branches, Data Centres and Cloud connectivity. The role requires ensuring high network availability, security, governance and seamless business connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS/DHCP, Internet/MPLS/SD-WAN links and network monitoring tools.


2. Own network incidents, problem management, change requests, RCA and recurring connectivity issue resolution.


3. Support branch rollouts, office relocations, Data Centre and DR connectivity, cloud connectivity and critical business operations.


4. Coordinate with ISP, OEM and vendor partners for troubleshooting, escalations, implementation and service delivery.


5. Maintain network diagrams, device inventory, link inventory, configuration backups and documentation.


6. Work closely with Information Security teams on firewall governance, network segmentation, vulnerability remediation and log management.


7. Prepare monthly dashboards covering uptime, incidents, capacity utilisation, vendor performance and network health.


8. Ensure adherence to change management, configuration backup, device logging, DR testing and governance processes.

Relevant networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
