Job summary

Krish TechnoLabs is seeking a proactive HR Executive to join the Operations team in Gujarat. You will support the HR Department to ensure smooth business operations, under the guidance of the HR Manager.

The role involves maintaining employee records, implementing SOPs, addressing attendance queries, administering the HRMS, and driving employee engagement programs. A Master's in HR and 4–5 years in HR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as HR Generalist in IT industry.
• Master's degree in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-oriented approach.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Working knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms.
• Experience conducting HR audits and maintaining audit-ready records.
