Job summary

Krish TechnoLabs in Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage HR activities under guidance of HR Manager and drive payroll, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.

The role requires 7 years in IT HR, a Master’s in HR Management, and strong knowledge of labour laws, performance appraisal, grievance handling, and HRIS tools to support payroll accuracy and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience as an HR Professional in the IT industry.
• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
• Exposure to work on various Tools and platforms for HR.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Good knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Managing HR activities under guidance of HR Manager.

• Identify process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and address payroll errors promptly.
