Job summary

AimsHR is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition in Mumbai (Western Suburbs, Malad) with a focus on lateral Retail hiring within the BFSI sector. You will drive HR initiatives across employee engagement, retention and development.

Role requires 6–10 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, and ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven decisions. Travel within Mumbai to visit branches is expected.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
• Experience in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations.
