Job summary

AimsHR is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in Mumbai to lead end-to-end talent acquisition, focusing on lateral Retail hiring within the BFSI sector. You will design and evaluate HR programs to boost engagement, retention and development.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change, provide HR advisory, and support business leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of HR experience
• Senior HR Business Partner experience
• Experience in BFSI or retail hiring preferred
• Mumbai location or willing to relocate to Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, with a focus on lateral Retail hiring within the BFSI sector.
