Job summary

Pacific Groups in Mumbai is seeking dynamic Recruiters with proven US Tax hiring experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for US Accounting and Tax roles, build pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to close talent quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 2 years of recruitment experience, and excels in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management to deliver

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in US Accounting and US Tax hiring.
• Proven success in closing niche and volume mandates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple positions independently.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and accountability.
