Job summary

EY Bangalore is seeking a Manager - Talent Acquisition (Tax) to develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for the Tax practice, aligning with business growth and workforce forecasts.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment across levels and tax service lines, build proactive pipelines, and act as a trusted advisor to Tax partners and HR partners, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources preferred.
• 8–12 years of talent acquisition experience with 5+ years in Tax/Consulting/Legal/Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for the Tax practice.

• Ensure smooth candidate journeys from sourcing to onboarding, including competency‑based interviews, offer management, and pre‑joining engagement.
• Maintain recruitment SLAs, compliance standards, and data reporting using ATS and technology tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and salary benchmarks, presenting actionable hiring insights.
• Partner with employer‑branding and diversity initiatives to strengthen EY’s position in the tax talent market.
• Coach and mentor the talent‑acquisition team, driving capability building, performance management, and a collaborative culture.
