Everest Engineering Equipment Ltd. in Kolad, Raigad (Maharashtra) invites applications for Sr. Executive – Stores to oversee store operations, inventory control, material movement, and ERP documentation.

The ideal candidate should have a BTech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5–8 years of experience in engineering, machinery, or equipment manufacturing stores, and hands-on ERP experience. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BTech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in Engineering, Machinery, or Equipment Manufacturing Stores.
• Experience in Construction Equipment Industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain raw material inventory and stock records.
• Perform daily physical verification of critical stock items.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain Delivery Challans, and related documents in ERP/TCS iON.
• Manage inward and outward material registers.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports and submit them to management.
• Generate GIN and GRN in ERP with necessary approvals.
• Prepare daily stock status reports.
• Share GRN, Challan details with the Accounts Department.
• Identify and report dead stock during quarterly stock audits.
• Maintain quality test reports of finished goods.
• Upload and maintain supplier and buyer documentation.
• Prepare shipping documents and track incoming and outgoing materials.
• Ensure proper 5S implementation in the stores.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly stock verification.
• Store materials as per standard storage practices and segregate consumables, rejected, defective, returned, and scrap materials.
• Coordinate with the Quality team for inspection of incoming materials.
• Forward supplier invoices to the Accounts Department for processing.

Job Summary
