Job summary

Raj Process Equipments And Systems Pvt Ltd in Pune seeks an experienced Store Executive to maintain efficient inventory management, ensure material quality and safety, and support smooth manufacturing and operations.

You will handle goods receipt, stock updates in SAP, IMS/EHS/MSDS compliance, and prepare daily reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in inventory management and material handling.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel systems.
• Knowledge of IMS, EHS, and MSDS guidelines.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to generate and analyze reports effectively.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Receive materials as per PO and verify receipt for quantities and condition.
• Store materials in designated areas.
• Return non-conforming materials promptly.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Invoice Recording (GRIR).
• Inventory Management: Issue materials to manufacturing as per requisition.
• Update stocks, bin cards, and prepare stock statements in SAP systems.
• Maintain records in IMS compliance.
• Dispatch and Logistics: Handle dispatch activities and ensure safe storage of flammable and compressed gas cylinders.
• Participate in EHS meetings and MSDS compliance.
• Reporting and Coordination: Provide daily reports to VP/GM; monitor BOI material planning and issue.
• Oversee manual GRN and service GRN processes; assess stock utilization.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Store Executive lies in its role in maintaining efficient inventory management, ensuring material quality and safety, and supporting smooth manufacturing and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Handling:
   • Receive materials as per Purchase Order (PO) and verify receipt for quantities and condition.
   • Store materials in designated areas.
   • Return non-conforming materials promptly.
   • Prepare Goods Receipt Invoice Recording (GRIR).
2. Inventory Management:
   • Issue materials to manufacturing as per requisition.
   • Update stocks, bin cards, and prepare stock statements in SAP systems.
   • Maintain records in compliance with Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
3. Dispatch and Logistics:
   • Handle dispatch activities efficiently.
   • Ensure the safe storage and use of flammable and compressed gas cylinders.
   • Participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) meetings.
   • Ensure safe storage and handling of hazardous materials according to Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
4. Reporting and Coordination:
   • Provide daily reports to VP/GM regarding priorities.
   • Monitor the planning and issue of BOI (Bill of Input) materials and consumables with the store team.
   • Oversee manual GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and service GRN processes.
   • Assess stock utilization and availability based on production and purchase requirements.
   • Provide remarks on received material lists.
