Job summary

• Experience sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Experience in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.

• Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per TAT and manpower requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database.
