Job summary

Renew is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter in Gujarat to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate hiring activities for high-volume roles in the domestic market.

The role requires 3+ years in recruitment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle verification, salary negotiations, induction, joining, and exit formalities with a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Review job descriptions to understand organizational needs.
• Source resumes from portals like Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn; mass mailing.
• Phone screen candidates; 3+ years in volume/bulk hiring in domestic market.
• Handle employment verification, salary negotiations, induction, joining and exit formalities.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Reviewing the Job Description to understand the needs of the organization.
• Experience in sourcing the resumes through different job portals like, Monster, Naukri, Linkedin etc. Mass mailing the candidates through various job portals.
• Initial phone screening of candidates to check the skills. Minimum 3 year experience in Recruitments in Volume Hiring / Bulk Hiring Experience in Non-IT Recruitment in the domestic market. Keeping track of all the applicants with the help of Excel soft Job posting in social sites (LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Understanding the requirement and searching resumes from Job Portals. Will be responsible for Employment Verification, Salary negotiations, Induction, Joining and Relieving Formalities with Exit of employee.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills and strong commitment to the profession. To maintain various day-to-day records etc.

Profile & Eligible Criteria:-

• Education: Any graduate or M.B.A with specialization in HR from a reputed college
• Experience: At least 3-8 years of relevant post qualification experience.
• Proven track record and expertise in the technology and process integration side of
  manufacturing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Collaboration and multi-tasking skills.
