Job summary

Honda Cars India (HCIL) in India is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate/Assistant Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and support functions in the Bhiwadi region. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, delivering quality talent within timelines, and maintaining compliance.

You will drive campus hiring drives, track recruitment KPIs, develop recruitment MIS dashboards, and coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to streamline the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 36 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and support functions, ensuring timely closures against manpower plans.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
• Track and improve recruitment KPIs, including Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, Cost per Hire, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, and other recruitment metrics.
• Ensure accurate recruitment documentation and statutory compliance, including verification and maintenance of candidate records.
• Coordinate seamless onboarding by managing pre-joining formalities, documentation, background verification, and induction.
• Plan and execute campus hiring drives by collaborating with engineering colleges, ITIs, and universities.
• Prepare recruitment MIS, maintain hiring dashboards, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient hiring process.
