Job summary

Jaipur Rugs is seeking an International Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end execution of customer orders across markets. You will process sales orders, maintain records in ERP/CRM, monitor status, and keep customers and sales teams informed on shipments and timelines.

You will collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Design, Finance and Logistics to meet delivery schedules, coordinate with logistics partners for international shipments, prepare export documents, provide quotes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of international customer orders.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Follow up with production, sourcing, and inventory teams to ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for operational queries from international customers and sales representatives.
• Provide regular updates regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and shipment tracking.
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with relevant internal departments.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and freight forwarders for international shipments.
• Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
• Support the International Sales team with quotations, product information, pricing sheets, and presentations.
• Assist in maintaining customer databases and sales reports.
• Track sales performance and prepare periodic MIS reports.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Design, Finance, and Logistics teams.
• Facilitate smooth communication between international markets and internal stake holders.
• Escalate potential delivery or operational risks proactively.
• Generate order tracking reports and operational dashboards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and business reviews.
