SayaCare is seeking an Operations Lead to manage and improve warehouse operations. You will own the complete operational flow including inbound, inventory, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in warehouse, fulfilment, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
• Bachelor's degree; Operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, inventory, storage, fulfilment, dispatch, and logistics.
• Improve processes by identifying bottlenecks, analysing root causes, and implementing practical solutions.
• Build and track operational KPIs, dashboards, and SOPs to improve execution and consistency.
• Plan warehouse capacity, manpower, inventory flow, and operational resources.
• Plan warehouse layout to increase workflow and optimization.
• Manage logistics partners, vendors, and procurement of operational materials and equipment.
• Hire, train, and manage warehouse associates while driving productivity and accountability.
• Work closely with Product, Pharmacy, Customer Support, and Technology teams to improve operational performance.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfilment, and logistics.
• Experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, and operational excellence.
• Strong observational skills and operational thinking to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable using operational data and KPIs to make decisions.
• Knowledge of analytical tools such as R, Python, etc.
• Strong documentation skills and experience creating SOPs.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement practices is preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
