The candidate should possess strong communication skills, good Excel abilities, and a collaborative mindset to coordinate across teams and ensure accurate visa submissions.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience in managing the Visa stamping process.
• Detailed understanding on visa processing for North America, Europe, Middle East and APAC.
• Visa Checklist to be maintained and managed for accuracy.
• Validation of the visa applications and supporting documents for 100% accuracy.
• Guide visa applicants on the Consulate / Embassy requirements and visa submissions.
• Co-ordinate with teams for collection / submission of visa applications.
• Preparation of covering letters / support letters for the visa application.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end visa stamping processes for multiple regions.
• Maintain visa documentation and MIS reporting for accuracy.
• Coordinate with applicants and internal teams for timely submissions.
• Prepare necessary covering letters and ensure repository of documents.

Job Description

categories

• Validation of the visa applications and supporting documents for 100% accuracy

• Co - ordinate with implants, collection / submission of visa applications
• Preparation of covering letter / support letter for the visa application.
• Maintain visa documents for repository, update inte rnal visa system for MIS and reports

Expectations

• Very good communication skills both orally and written with willingness to learn and self - starter
• Good knowledge on visa process for USA, EMEA and APAC region is mandatory
• Should be able to work on Excel and create reports
• Prior experience as visa executive in corporate company
• Good team player with ability to collabrate with different teams
