Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is seeking an immigration specialist to independently manage work permit filings, document handling, and country-specific immigration requirements. The role involves handling employee queries throughout the immigration process and maintaining mobility databases.

You will liaise with HR and other stakeholders, design and evaluate mobility administration, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations while supporting a large caseload.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Global immigration laws, policies and regulations.
• 6+ years of experience in International Global Mobility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Handle APAC/EMEA/Schengen Immigrant and Non-Immigrant visa and work authorization applications.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Prepare and review paperwork for visa applications to ensure accuracy.
• Assist employees with immigration forms and documents.
• Maintain databases and IT systems related to mobility programs.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the function.
• Handle a large caseload and prioritize tasks while ensuring compliance.

Summary

Looking out for an immigration specialist with hands-on immigration expertise who can independently manage work permit filings, oversee documentation, understand country-specific immigration requirements, and handle employee queries throughout the application process.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle APAC/EMEA/Schengen Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Business visas and work authorization applications
• Manage the day-to-day operational tasks as directed by Immediate & Next supervisors
• Handle paperwork in support of visa applications, ensuring all documents are completed accurately
• Assist employees with their immigration application forms and documents.
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
• Independently update and maintain databases along with other IT systems
• Providing clerical and administrative support to the function
• Efficiently manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise with other HR departments for relevant information as required by the function
• Design, prepare and evaluate to support the administration of the mobility programs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of Global immigration laws, policies, and regulations
• 6+ years of experience in International Global Mobility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem- solving abilities
