Job summary

Selective Global Search is seeking a Sr Executive - HR for the manufacturing plant in Ahmedabad (Changodar). The role covers payroll management for a mixed workforce, wage sheet preparation for blue-collar staff, and manpower planning with recruitment for management positions.

Experience with HRMS platforms is mandatory, preferably Manufacturing World; knowledge of EHS activities is also valued. The role requires on-site presence at the Ahmedabad manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Payroll management for a 15-member M-staff plus blue-collar workers.
• Experience in preparing wage sheets for blue-collar employees.
• Manpower planning and recruitment for management staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for the workforce at the Ahmedabad Changodar plant.
• Plan manpower and recruit for management roles and oversee hiring.

Position Title: Sr Executive - HR

Job Location: - Ahmedabad, Changodar

Unit: Ahd Manufacturing Plant

Mandatory

• Payroll Management (present employee strength M-staff is 15 member, hence payroll input will go for these many ppl, rest are Blue collar employees)


• Wage Sheet Preparation: Must have experience preparing wage sheets for blue-collar employees


• Manpower Planning and Recruitment: Responsible for manpower planning and recruitment of management staff.


• HRMS: Experience with any HRMS platform is mandatory (presently we use MANUFACTURING WORLD, but any other HRMS is good)


• Knowledge on EHS activities

Good to Have

• Industrial Relations (IR): Not mandatory, but good to have.


• Exp in MANUFACTURING WORLD (HRMS)


• Manage DEE of the factory
