Job summary

Travelwings is seeking a Sr. Executive Holiday Products to join our Gurgaon team and drive development, launch, and management of holiday offers across international markets.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years in travel product management, strong supplier coordination, itinerary design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver competitive packages for markets such as UAE, Nigeria, Ghana, Morocco and South Africa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; specialization in Travel and Tourism is preferred.
• 3–6 years experience in product management within travel, tourism, or hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills to drive product strategy from data insights.
• Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated success in designing and launching travel products, including long-haul itineraries.
• Experience organizing and delivering training sessions to team members.
• Familiarity with testing software and IT tools relevant to product management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tourism boards to develop and promote holiday packages.
• Prepare detailed reports and manage payment follow-ups for promotional activities.
• Handle supplier management and conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and high-quality service.
• Design long-haul itineraries and holiday packages for international markets.
• Drive product strategy by data analysis, competitor review, and market trend evaluation.
• Organize and lead training sessions for the team to enhance product knowledge.
• Launch Fixed Departure packages and coordinate end-to-end operations; work cross-functionally with Sales and Operations.
• Test new software and tools, providing feedback to IT to improve product functionality.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in travel product management, supplier coordination, itinerary designing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Promotions & Reporting
  • Collaborate with tourism boards to develop and promote holiday packages.
  • Prepare detailed reports and manage payment follow-ups for promotional activities.
• Supplier Management
  • Handle supplier management and conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and high-quality service.
• Product Design & Strategy
  • Design long-haul itineraries and holiday packages for the website, targeting markets such as UAE, Nigeria, Ghana, Morocco, and South Africa.
  • Drive product strategy by performing data analysis, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.
• Team Training & Development
  • Organize and lead training sessions for the team to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Package Launch & Operational Coordination
  • Launch Fixed Departure packages and manage their end-to-end operations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of holiday products.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations across all branches to provide timely support and resolve any passenger issues during their travels.
• Technology & Process Improvement
  • Test new software and upcoming tools, providing feedback to the IT team to enhance product functionality and operational efficiency.

Requirements
