Job summary

3S Technologies & Automation Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Executive Finance & Billing to manage finance operations, project billing, receivables and customer accounts for our ELV/BMS projects.

You will prepare invoices, track payments and ledgers, ensure statutory compliance and support profitability analysis for billing across projects.

• Prepare MIS reports on billing, collections and cash flow.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks and vendors.
• Support financial reporting and project profitability analysis.

Job description

• Prepare and manage project invoices, RA bills, tax invoices, debit/credit notes and billing documentation.
• Track customer receivables, outstanding payments, retention amounts, PBGs and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams for billing certifications, work completion documents and supporting documents.
• Follow up with customers for payment collections and overdue receivables.
• Maintain customer ledgers and reconcile accounts.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory requirements related to billing and collections.
• Prepare MIS reports for billing, collections, outstanding receivables and cash flow.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and internal departments.

Support management in financial reporting and project-wise profitability analysis
