Job description

The Sr Executive - Marketplace will support day-to-day marketplace operations, listing management, performance tracking, and cross-team coordination to drive growth across Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and quick commerce platforms in the Sports Nutrition, Beauty, and Health & Wellness categories.

Marketplace Operations

• Assist in managing product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and content optimization on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
• Support execution of campaigns, deals, and launch activities on TikTok Shop and quick commerce platforms
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for stock availability

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track daily/weekly sales performance, KPIs, and marketplace metrics
• Maintain dashboards and assist in preparing performance reports
• Identify and flag any listing or performance issues for resolution

Content & SEO Support

• Help optimize product detail pages (PDPs) with SEO best practices
• Ensure compliance with category-specific guidelines and marketplace policies
• Collaborate with marketing teams to repurpose influencer content and creatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and External Partners
• Support communication with marketplace account managers and platform support teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Work Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in marketplace operations or e-commerce support roles
• Experience in Sports Nutrition, Beauty, or Health & Wellness categories
• Exposure to Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central operations
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms preferred
• Basic understanding of quick commerce models and platforms
• Knowledge of e-commerce tools like Shopify, Excel, and basic analytics platforms
• Good communication and coordination skills
