Role Overview
The Junior E-commerce Executive will support day‑to‑day marketplace and FBA operations, ensuring smooth product listings, inventory flow, order fulfillment, and account health. The role requires hands‑on exposure to Amazon 3P FBA operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to track and improve operational metrics.
Responsibilities
- Maintain product listings across marketplaces, including pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory accuracy.
- Handle Amazon 3P FBA operations (non‑retail) including shipment creation, dispatches, goods receipt, inventory reconciliation, and returns.
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and returns, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain marketplace seller accounts, ensuring compliance with platform policies and account health.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, category) and Amazon account managers for smooth execution.
- Track and analyze operational and catalog metrics, including SLAs, receiving performance, shortages, returns, inventory sufficiency, and catalog hygiene such as A+ content coverage and ASIN ratings above 4.
- Analyze sales data and operational KPIs to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Handle basic escalations and operational issues, escalating complex matters when required.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Amazon FBA operations, D2C, or e‑commerce marketplace operations.
- Exposure to 3P / Seller Central environments.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of the Amazon / e‑commerce ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel and marketplace reports.
- Good coordination and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Strong reading and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and process orientation.
