Job Summary

The Senior Executive - Billing will be responsible for managing the end-to-end non-engineering billing cycle, including Work Order (WO) and Purchase Order (PO) booking, invoice processing, reconciliation, and billing documentation. The role requires close coordination with Procurement, Operations, and Finance to ensure billing accuracy, timely invoice processing, and compliance with company policies. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and HiRISE is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Work Order (WO) and Purchase Order (PO) booking and maintenance in SAP.
• Verify scope, rates, commercial terms, and supporting documents before billing.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices against approved WOs and POs.
• Track billing status and follow up on pending invoices and approvals.
• Use SAP ERP and HiRISE for work order tracking, billing references, and project coordination.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Apply knowledge of GST, TDS, and applicable Indian income tax provisions.
• Prepare billing MIS, reconciliation statements, and management reports.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.
• Identify rate mismatches, duplicate entries, and billing errors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and internal audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from an AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institution.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is mandatory.
