Job summary

Raheja Universal (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager Billing to manage billing and certification for Civil, MEP and Finishing works at our Navi Mumbai HO – Billing location.

The role requires joint measurements with contractors, SAP data entries, and meticulous verification of BBS and material reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate billing while coordinating with Site, Projects, Contracts, Procurement and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering required or preferred.
• Experience in Billing / Quantity Surveying / Contracts in Real Estate, Construction or EPC.
• Strong knowledge of Civil, MEP and Finishing works.

Responsibilities

• Conduct joint measurements with contractors and verify quantities per site execution.
• Handle billing and certification for Civil, MEP and Finishing works.
• Review and certify contractor bills, measurements and supporting documents.
• Perform SAP entries related to billing, work orders and project-related transactions.
• Check and certify Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and verify quantities.
• Carry out material reconciliation and ensure proper tracking of consumption against approved quantities.
• Coordinate with Site, Projects, Contracts, Procurement and Finance teams for billing and certification activities.
• Ensure billing is processed accurately and within defined timelines.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in measurements, quantities, rates and contractor bills.

• Good understanding of BBS, joint measurements and material reconciliation.
• Good coordination and analytical skills.
• Candidates with experience in large‑scale real estate projects will be preferred.
