Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Marketing & Business Development (API Division).

The role involves:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities for APIs in domestic and international markets
• Supporting pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinating with internal teams such as production, quality, and R&D to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and smooth execution of orders.
• Preparing marketing materials, maintaining sales and pipeline reports, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and participating in customer meetings, conference calls, and industry events.
• Building long-term relationships with clients, supporting strategic marketing initiatives, and contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility for the API Division.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4 to 6 Years experience in APIs (Pharma) marketing & business development is a must.
• Understand regulatory requirements and intellectual property aspects of pharmaceutical products
• Possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with domestic and international clients
• Demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic, compliance-driven environment is expected.
• A bachelors degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred; an MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing or International Business is an added advantage.
