Job summary

Environ Solar Pvt Ltd in Kolkata seeks a Sr. Executive to drive on-grid and off-grid solar project execution, site analysis, tendering, and vendor development. You will support channel partners and the service team, manage pre-sales and convert client requests into proposals.

The role requires 3-5 years in solar project execution with strong technical and negotiation skills. Permanent, full-time position based in Kolkata with exposure to product quality feedback and RDC collaboration.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Energy
• Diploma - Any Specialization

Responsibilities

• On grid and Off Grid Project execution.
• Site analysis for Solar Projects, feasibility check for execution.
• Tender Analysis (Technical & Commercial) with documentation, costing and submission.
• Design, Estimation, Vendor Development & Negotiation for Project Execution.
• Provide technical support to field force of Solar Team.
• Pre-sales meetings and follow-up with clients till project delivery and execution.
• Analyze customer requests and convert into company proposals.
• Coordinate with cross functional BUs for offer creation to execution.
• Market analysis and feedback for new product line creation.
• Coordinate with R&D for new product development.

Job Description

On grid and Off Grid Project execution. Site analysis for Solar Projects, feasibility check for execution.
Tender Analysis (Technical & Commercial) along with documentation, costing and submission.
Design, Estimation, Vendor Development & Negotiation for Project Execution.
Responsible for all technical support required to field force of Solar Team.
Support function for channel partners and service team for Solar Projects and Products.
Pre-sales meeting and follow up with clients till project delivery and execution.
Analysing the customer requests and converting them into company proposals.
Coordinating with cross functional BUs for offer creation to execution.
Market Analysis and feedback for New Product line creation.
Coordinating with R&D for new product development.
Monitoring product quality by analysing critical product feedback worldwide and sharing with QC, R&D ream regularly in terms for improvement of product quality.
Salary:INR 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
