Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical drawings, and project documentation.
• Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), project cost estimation, technical specifications, and budgeting.
• Planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of electrical and instrumentation projects within timelines and budgets.
• Installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of transformers, LT/HT panels, MCCs, VFDs, DG systems, and electrical distribution networks.
• Execution and commissioning of instrumentation systems, including sensors, transmitters, control valves, and field instruments.
• Calibration, validation, and troubleshooting of instruments as per GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Coordination with consultants, vendors, contractors, and cross‑functional departments for smooth project execution.
• Verification of measurements, certification of contractor bills, and preparation of project progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification, and handover activities.
• Support plant improvement, energy‑saving, and automation initiatives.
• Maintain project records, drawings, SOPs, and technical documentation.
